Vitamins don’t Prevent Heart Disease

The Physician’s Health Study found that taking vitamins C and E together actually increased risk for bleeding strokes and provided no reduction of risk for heart disease according to a recent article by Marilyn Marchione, the AP Medical Writer.

Other large studies have also shown no reduced risk for heart disease from consuming vitamin C and E supplements. The case against vitamins is mounting.
